Why do I have to do a minimum of 3 months?
Like anything worth doing – it takes time. Although a 1 month period with us would definitely help you – it would not be long enough to see lasting change in your daily habits and routines. Research shows it takes 21 days to make a habit, 90 days to lock it in. The goal of this program is to make it effortless, and this will only occur after time. Also commonly with the progress seen after the first 3 weeks goals will undoubtedly change and this ongoing support will be paramount to ensure these new goals can be planned for as well.
