The Process



The first step is a free consultation to see what your goals are and how we can help you.

We will then send out a quick 2 minute questionnaire so we can understand how you work and how best to tailor your daily routine to achieve your objectives. We will create a solution for you and send you a timetable that your can edit. We will also agree on the suitable course of action to help you achieve your goals.


Ongoing Support

From text messages, emails, hook up phone calls, meetings and free online material, we will be able to assist every team member in completing the daily tasks necessary to reach their targets.

We will continue to see how the new routine is coming along, any challenges they are facing and clarifying any areas of their new routine. Eventually, usually after the first few weeks, some habits will be completely engrained whilst others are taking more time. This is natural. Here we will adjust the program and make it a little easier to fit in some other aspects that we may feel needs more attention. We can also look at further improving current practices and maintaining a focus on the most valuable daily tasks.


Follow Up

After 12 weeks your team will really be starting to kick into high gear, with productivity standards being smashed. As a result at this stage it is common to start resetting goals and making tougher heights to climb.

We can discuss ongoing consulting moving forward to ensure continued success. The next phase is to work on specific performance indicators that will allow your team to go to the next level.
